It seems like a really long time since I last did some 'proper' outfit pictures. I used to spend time scouting for a location to fit in with the theme of my pictures. Outdoor shooting is so much better than indoors for space and good lighting. But it takes rather a lot more effort. Last Sunday I decided to wear this new two-piece to go out for a wander along Newcastle's Quayside and decided that outfit pictures should be an absolute must. It was my boyfriend's idea to have a drive around the Ouseburn area and he spotted this amazing mural painted on a random wall. You may also have seen my Instagram picture from the weekend, I think this might just be the best background ever recorded on here!
Onto the outfit, I spotted this on the H&M website recently. And although we are soon going to be heading into Spring and this is most definitely a Winter outfit, I couldn't resist ordering it anyway. I loved how it looked on the model but wasn't sure it would suit me. The only sizes they had left were a UK12 in the bottoms and a UK6 in the top. Not expecting them to both fit, I was surprised that they were both perfect. I really like them as a co-ord but expect I will get wear out of them separately also. Along with my second pair of Acne Star boots, they make up my (almost) Scandinavian outfit.
