By the River

Last Sunday was definitely the first day of the British summer. We seemed to have (temporarily, I'm sure) bypassed spring and jumped straight from winter, to a rather misty but beautiful summer day. A day in Durham had already been planned, so it was with some luck that the weather happened to be quite perfect for a walk by the river. It had been a couple of years since my last visit, so I donned my newest comfortable flat shoes - black leather flats from Kallisté (which I posted about earlier in the month) - and enjoyed the new season.

Girl Gadgetry

Chances are, if you read blogs and are a big internet user, you'll also be into your gadgets too. Of course I worship at the House of Apple but I'm keen to see accessories from other companies too, to protect my products. I was recently sent a selection - some limited edition RHA Couture head phones and an iPad cover and some iPhone cases from Case-Mate. Deliciously pink and sumptuously girly, just what I like... and an amazing sound to listen to the new Air album through.

Case-Mate provided me with more iPhone cases than I could possibly hope to use - see the bottom picture below. So if you would like me to send you one, please leave a comment with an email address to contact you. Cases are for iPhone4 and will be sent out on a first come, first serve basis - please state your colour of choice - pastel lilac, silver glitter, pastel pink or purple glitter.
