Definitely one of the most exciting features to date was for our Take10 project to be featured in print as well as on-line. When Company magazine contacted us to style a plain LBD from ASOS, we jumped at the chance (or maybe less so for me as the majority of my friends and family still don't know about my blog!!) The ten of us are so different style-wise, I couldn't wait to see what everyone came up with.
The dress is probably something I would usually wear - a classic skater-style with an interesting detail to the neckline. Despite the plan to feature in the December issue of Company amongst lots of Christmas glitz, I chose to style the dress quite simply with good quality accessories - a beautifully-cut draped jacket, my ultimate favourite handbag and new boots from my recent trip to Paris.

I was surprised to read that most of your friends & family don't know about your blog when it's such a beautiful & well-established one! My family knows about mine & my parents read it but I haven't told many of my friends. Why haven't you?
Charis - I think it feels so incredibly narcissistic and self-indulgent to an outsider who doesn't understand the blogging world. I think actually having a blog and putting myself 'out there' is so different to my personality, I would feel a little embarrassed! Mostly I see it as a creative space and an outlet for my photography and love for aesthetics - which is probably why I have kept it going for so long. I can't believe I have got to 3 years without anyone finding out!
