I, along with several other bloggers, were asked to design a wooly hat to promote the Big Knit campaign held by Innocent Smoothies. The small bottle of Innocent Smoothie has to be the most stylish drink around, so I was more than happy to design a 'PinkBow' themed hat. Other designers this year include celebrities Sienna and Savannah Miller, Heston Blumenthal, Sophie Ellis Bextor amongst others. The campaign first started in 2003 to raise money for Age Concern and is set to become bigger each year. For every behatted bottle sold in Boots and Sainsbury's until 29th November, 25p will be donated to Age UK. They are so far on target to reach £200,000 this month to help keep old people warm this winter.
This was my original design for the hat, knitted up expertly over at Fruit Towers. Sent to me in a large size to give away and a mini size for me to keep - if you would like to win the large hat, leave a comment by 20th November (with blog link or email address) and I will post it out to you.

Ooh, it looks so cute! I'm a big fan of innocent smoothies and I think it's a pity I can't really knit some bonnets. I think the bow on the bonnet is really cute! Good job :D
