Weekend Casual - Part 2

Photobucket
Last Sunday morning I met up with my friend to visit a newly re-branded shop in nearby Jesmond. I still haven't got around to editing the photos I took there but I'll have them up here at some point in the near future. We then went on to a tiny quirky coffee shop called Heaton Perk where I drank a small bottle of Rose Lemonade as well as catching up on news with my friend. Before all of that I managed to coerce her into taking some photos of what I was wearing, it was so windy despite trying to find shelter in a side-street. Sunday's are all about comfort, I'm living in these Zara trousers at the moment, I like them with flats and heels. On this day I wore them with some silver jazz shoes from Spartoo. This style have been popular for a while now, I think rather than being a passing fashion, the style is very classic and here to stay. The distressed silver effect makes them a little different to anything I already own.

Beautiful! Black looks really good on you, best color for you for my taste even. And I'm really starting to think that a bob would look perfect on you. Considering cutting your hair any time?

the first thing that came to my mind when i saw your outfit was Audrey Hepburn as a beatnik -- i'm a fan of all your looks, but this is one of my dearest faves.

I know black is supposed to be eternally chic-- you certainly prove it here. There is a definite Audrey Hepburn feel to your outfit. The Chanel bag really brings some glamour. I'm jealous.
