Happy Pancake Day! I do not need much of an excuse to make pancakes, they're one of my favourite breakfasts. I prefer the American pancake variety, small and fluffy, using Nigella Lawson's recipe. These with blueberries were some I made last weekend but I shall definitely be making more this evening when I get home from work.

I have to confess that I also don't need a special reason to eat pancakes... But i don't really have preferences between the american ones or the thin french ones!
My heart (and my stomach) has space for all of them ;-) :-P
