When I accidentally came across a cafe by the name of Scrumpy Willow & the Singing Kettle whilst browsing the internet, how could I not pay it a visit for Sunday brunch? Tucked away in, not the most savoury part of Newcastle upon Tyne, nonetheless it was an interesting change from the usual eateries. With an Indian inspired fantastic vegetarian and vegan menu, most of the food is sourced organically and locally. I enjoyed a cappuccino and vegan breakfast along with a spiced chai latte while my friend opted for traditional Eggs Benedict with her coffee.

My very favorite cafe in Newcastle. Their breakfasts are amazing.
We're in talks with them about supplying cupcakes at the moment. Fingers crossed :)
