The Swelle Boutique

A few weeks ago, I had the great opportunity to meet up with fellow NE England based blogger Denise of The Swelle Life. My first blogger meet-up, it was great to be able to talk about each other's history, starting our blogs and running them. As my blog world is mostly not an area of my life that I share with family and friends, it was interesting to be able to discuss blogging with another real-life person.

As well as talking blogs, we also discussed Denise's new venture, The Swelle Boutique. Not only does Denise write as Features Editor for Dream Sequins and Contributor at Models and Moguls but setting up this online boutique seems like a very natural progression for her.

The shop has items chosen for their individuality and uniqueness, many being designed exclusively for the boutique. I chose some of my favourite pieces and have appeared as Guest Curator on the site. Click on the links to see for yourself...

I love meeting other bloggers! It's nice to know that other people go through the same experiences and sometimes setbacks that you may be facing.

These pieces are all so very, very lovely! :)

Blogger meet-ups huh? That sounds fun. I live somewhere far away though!

What pretty stock, the boutique looks wonderful. Ahh and I know the feeling, nobody in my 'real' life really knows about my blogging.

Wow, I can imagine that blogger meet ups can be fun! Although it's personally never happened to me b/c most of the blogger sites I visit all live so far away.

The last head band is divine!

I wish there were other fashion bloggers in my area, whenever people talk about meet ups, they sound really great.

For some reason, I've been reading all about these blogger meet ups within this week! I've only really met one fashion blogger who I dearly admire all the way from the other coast of the US! It's fun to get to know people offline as well.
