The Cotton Candy Dress

Photobucket
Earlier today I had a lovely surprise waiting for me when I returned home. The vintage dress I had ordered a couple of weeks ago from Etsy store Nice had arrived. I always love the extra personal touches from Etsy packages, the handwritten little notes and in this case I loved that the dress had been named the Cotton Candy Dress.

I immediately got to work on pinning the bottom as I always like my vintage dresses to be hemmed shorter than they were originally made. And ready to take to the dressmaker tomorrow, I already can't wait for it's return to be able to wear it.

  33. absolutely wonderful! I'm the same, I think vintage dresses are always too long and prefer them hemmed to a few inches above the knee - much fresher & modern.

Pink Bow, I love your site, would you consider swapping links? I'm Enchanted Hunters :)
