Designer Highlight - Orla Kiely

I know the Orla Kiely SS10 collection has been covered to death already. But I couldn't help but include it here as well as my blog is, if nothing else, my on-line scrapbook. Clean, simple with vintage-inspired details, I really would like any piece from this collection. I think they are designer pieces worth acquiring as they could very easily be worn into AW10, so guilt-free maximum cost-per-wear!

  23. I adore Orla Kiely. I got to see her presentation at fashion week (and the lady herself) and I didn't want to leave the early 70s 'house' she had set up. A few people in attendance were wearing current season and they looked adorable.

For those who don't like the obvious Kiely stem prints she showed bags for autumn that have the pattern embossed on patent leather in lieu of a print.

  24. orla kiely stuff is to die for, isn't it? i'm really loving a pink dress (same fabric as the third from left on the bottom row), so frilly and girlie. i'm in lust with it. and that acqua green is just too delicious. i almost want to eat it.
