Slogan t-shirts are nothing new, harking back to the Katherine Hamnett and Frankie Goes To Hollywood days and this sweater by Sonia Rykiel has a similar political message today as they did then. But €995 to wear this message? I'm not so sure the 40th anniversary of the fashion house is a good enough reason - yours at Colette if you so desire.

Indeed, the message loses some of its impact when spelled out in glitter. Seems to scream something more like "I have a large bank account".
